Submit proof of English proficiency in the form of an official score report sent directly from Educational Testing Services (ETS), , , (an option Japanese students), or the with a minimum 2A grade level. Test scores are valid for 2 years. Tests results must be received directly from the testing organization. Request for your test scores to be mailed to:

NOTE: This language proficiency requirement is waived if you are:
- You are from a country that uses English as the primary language in its educational system, OR
- You are currently studying at a college or university in the U.S. with a valid I-20, OR
- Attending a language school in the U.S. and have completed intermediate level or above. A letter from the school certifying your English level is required.
