The Dream Resource Center at Los Angeles Trade-Tech College supports and empowers undocumented students, DACA/TPS recipients, and others pursuing their dreams. It promotes equal access to education by identifying barriers, providing academic support, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. All students are welcome to visit and learn about the resources available, regardless of immigration status.

  • Depending on your eligibility, you will either complete AB540, Non-Resident Tuition Fee Waiver, or Supplemental Residency Questionnaire form. Visit the Dream Resource Center in E5-316 for line-by-line assistance with forms.
  • Submit your completed form to Admissions & Records.
