What to do if login fails
Your email account was created with your Ðǿմ«Ã½ student email. So if you did not add another email and change your notifications, use your Ðǿմ«Ã½ student email with the password reset functions. Generally, your Ðǿմ«Ã½ student email works best.
If the password reset function does not work, take the following steps:
- If you just added within 48 hours, try to log in on the third business day after adding.
- If you added more than 3 days previously, submit a trouble ticket by clicking on the word "Help" in the global navigation bar. Click on "Student Support" and then click on LATTC's "IT Help and Support".
